I heard there was reservation-deposit pressure, but the consultant who handled my consultation didn't do that, so I was able to talk comfortably and leave. The feedback is a bit slow, but I think it's because they're so busy. Even if it's late, they always do reply. The doctor was not overly chatty, but explained things at a good pace, and listened calmly to everything I said, so among the many places I've been to, this was the one I liked the most. The consultation was done by the chief director. Honestly, I went after looking them up online, so I didn't have high expectations, but out of 5 to 8 places I visited, this one ranks first.
