It was nice that they had special equipment so they could check fat volume with ultrasound. Since they were looking at photos to predict how effective the surgery would be, I felt it was accurate. The facilities look state-of-the-art, and the inside of the hospital was clean. The line they recommend seems to focus more on making you look V-line rather than natural, so it would suit people who prefer that.
