When I consulted the doctor, it was clear they had expertise in surgery and were confident. But in my case, I went there because I wanted removal, and rather than listening to the patient's opinion or what I wanted, they kept emphasizing the surgery they thought was best, which was uncomfortable. The cost difference between only removing it and the revision surgery to refine the shape was almost nothing, and when I asked the consultation manager what kind of surgery it would be if I only removed it, they just said flatly that it would simply be taking it out.
