I had a consultation with Director Jeong, and he knew what was wrong with my nose and what I was unhappy about. But he said it was a severe contracted nose, so safety had to come first, and that they would only do as much as the nose skin could tolerate rather than prioritize the shape. I liked that safety came first, and I had been living with a contracted nose for a year after surgery, which was mentally very hard. He showed empathy and comforted me about that, and explained everything in detail while saying he would do his best, so I felt I could trust him.
