I liked that it was done through a friend discount with no advertising, as part of a review event. However, there are too few reviews, so it's hard to find the average design for the surgery. Even when reviews do get posted, only a few bad ones come up, so it seems difficult to see successful cases unless you go back through another consultation to check.
