The only hospital that talked about osteotomy. The doctor's consultation time was way too short. They don't use donated rib cartilage; it's silicone + ear cartilage. They said the price depends on the difficulty of the surgery. If I want the alar base done too, they said to make the incision on the inside. Overall it seemed like they weren't interested in the patient, so I'm ruling them out.
