I went there scared because I had heard the director was extremely cold, but it was a clinic that turned out to be better than expected at consultation. They also counseled me in a way that matched the surgical direction I had in mind, and the long years of experience gave me confidence, so I almost ended up having surgery there. But afterward I found another clinic I liked more, so I didn't make a surgery reservation
