The doctor.. was very cool-headed and a bit cold I almost felt offended during the consultation lol First, he said osteotomy x, and that it would be better not to use an implant He said it would become a Pinocchio nose.. He told me I should not call this a hump nose.... And that it was not a long nose either.. just that it looked long... Huh? At the other places, everyone said it was a hump nose and a long nose, so I was like, huh? Because if you shave down a hump, the nose can look lower, he said that even without shaving it down, it would still be fine, and that it is not just the nose that has to be pretty; there are many celebrities with noses that have curves and still look pretty, which I really agreed with...... And because of my facial asymmetry, straightening the crooked nose would not have much meaning, so even if it were straightened, the whole face might still look crooked, he said. In the end, they said they would focus on the nasal tip..... I saw just one before-and-after photo, and it was not really my style.
