This was the best place among the hospitals I consulted... The manager was kind, and the doctor was also kind and explained things honestly and in detail. I had been depressed every time I looked at my eyes, so I wanted to get a second revision surgery as soon as possible, but they told me I did not have enough extra skin and to come back after waiting a few years..
