It was my first cosmetic surgery consultation, so I went with my questions written and memorized in a notes app, feeling nervous. The manager and the front desk staff were kind, and more than anything, they gave a careful consultation before I even asked my questions, so I did not have much to ask. Before I asked, they already explained things like the doctor's surgery condition and whether there was a separate anesthesiology doctor, so I felt comfortable, like I was being treated like an older sister. The consultation with the doctor too took a little over an hour, I think.
