I only had a consultation, so I didn't check the price, but they were definitely kind. I had surgery somewhere else, but I kept thinking maybe I should have done it here instead, and I really regretted it. Not only were they kind, they explained things very clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Even though I went alone for the consultation, they were kind, so I was able to relax and have the consultation comfortably.
