The pricing was fixed, which I liked, and the manager was kind. I had also heard that the desk staff can be a bit rude, so I was nervous, but they were kinder than I expected, which was nice. There was some encouragement to leave a deposit for a same-day discount, though. I also know that the surgery reviews are somewhat mixed, so I think you should be careful.
