The consultation manager was super kind, which was nice. The doctor was also confident about what he said he'd do, so overall I was satisfied. But after the surgery, the consultation manager's attitude changed completely, so I don't plan to do any other area here. I felt like I wouldn't even be able to ask about any unclear parts after surgery.
