I had surgery about 5 or 6 years ago. They asked what style I wanted, and at the time I said I wanted a high, straight nose like the hospital model. Was that the problem? My already large nose became a wickedly high witch nose. It was unbelievably high. Honestly, because of my nose, everyone stared at me strangely. It was not a pretty kind of height, just forced way up like they had shoved it there. I lived like that for more than 6 months, and then a boundary formed between the bridge and the tip, so I went back to the hospital and said my nose was too high and strange and asked them to redo it. At first they said, didn't I ask for it to be high? But it still has to be within reason, right? I said this was really not okay, and they did the surgery again. The revision used the material from the first surgery and lowered it, but because the top-class nose here is still a high style, it did not look natural. Still, I think the doctor's response was good. They seem likely to handle revisions well. This place may be good for people whose noses are not large but who want a flashy nose. It definitely changes your image.
