I had a secondary nose surgery here. It was my third surgery. I really like the shape of my nose. The tip keeps dropping.. They did tip AS here, but it dropped again. Still, people say my nose is pretty whenever I go out. Later, if I go somewhere else, I'll probably only redo the tip.
