A friend had surgery for a bulbous nose using donated rib cartilage, and the nose shape turned out so well that I really thought it was a stroke of genius for turning a bulbous nose into a sleek line. So through my friend, I ended up consulting with Director G.H.J. Honestly, the consultation was below expectations. Rather than feeling professional, it felt like they were insisting on donated rib cartilage only, which made me think even more about it. I don't have a bulbous nose, and my nose is on the small side, so I said that if I used donated rib cartilage my nose would get too big and would feel unnatural for my current image, but the manager responded as if I was saying something I didn't understand.
