The director is kind and tries to operate in the direction the customer wants. I will only know once the swelling goes down, but the eye line has been shaped beautifully. I still do not know about the nose... The hospital facilities themselves are clean and it does seem like they are pursuing a slightly flashy style. Overall, it is fine.
