Review

The manager decided whether I could have the surgery, which was a first shock. Then I had the consultation with the director, and even though ten places at other hospitals told me my septum had collapsed and my nose was bent, they insisted it was not bent, which was the second shock. They insisted my face was asymmetric, so it only looked bent. I left thinking, ah, they must not be confident.
