A hump nose was my complex, so I went for a surgery consultation, but I didn't get to meet the doctor. My nose being big was also a complex of mine, and the consultation manager said that while a small nose can be made bigger, a big nose cannot be made smaller, so if they shave down the hump and put in silicone it would become higher and more glamorous. I worried that if my face is small and only my nose gets bigger, what then, and they suggested a philtrum reduction and said I should do my eyes at the same time. I went home crying..
