I'm looking into my first surgery, and because Dr. Z is so famous and my personality is so sensitive, it's been hard to make a decision, so I visited around 10 places in person. I was luckily able to reserve a canceled slot because of COVID and visit, but they were busy so the consultation was handled quickly rather than in detail. I regret that I didn't know what to ask. The explanation was only a rough layout, but if you go after researching a lot and prepare the questions you want to ask, they will answer them well. It's not the type of place that gets annoyed. The manager was very direct and gave a good consultation, and you can really tell they're a veteran. At another hospital, another doctor looked at my CT and said my septum was much too small to be used for much, but here the manager looked once and said it would be too small lol .. I was surprised. Because of the sense of experience, I feel like it would go well if I had surgery here. It wasn't a detailed consultation, but they seemed to catch the points I wanted well, and maybe because of the experience, there is a trustworthy feeling. It's one of the top-ranked places. I think I'll narrow it down to two or three places, including this hospital. The hospital staff were all kind, and although the facilities weren't the current white-interior style, it felt clean.
