I went for a consultation because the line looked good, and this was the hospital where I really struggled to decide because of the experienced manager rather than the director's consultation. If the manager had been the surgeon, I would have booked surgery right away lol Maybe because it was evening, the director came in looking a bit tired, said he would do it like this and that, answered my questions, and left. The manager consultation here is really good.
