Sigh... there are a lot of noses that turn out well too. Maybe it just didn’t suit me. It was extremely high, obvious, and a witch nose, a pointy nose, total chaos. I went somewhere else and paid to have just the silicone removed. They said it had turned out well, so they wouldn’t remove it... The scar from the alar reduction is still big and visible... It was reduced way too much anyway. In any case, it just didn’t suit me. I remember going back to argue that the surgery had gone wrong, and I didn’t even get my money’s worth...
