Maybe because the clinic is large, there were a lot of people. There were also patients there for nose surgery on the day of my consultation, so it felt busy?.. The director is very kind and really explains things well. Especially while looking at the CT images, they explained in detail how the surgery would be done, by what method, and what the problem was! The director was extremely friendly haha At other places, I first talked in detail with the consultation manager about the surgery method and details, then met the doctor, but here I only talked about personal information and basic matters with the consultation manager, and then had the detailed consultation with the director, which I liked~ I didn't have to say things twice.. haha I really liked the director, but there was too much unnecessary waiting, and the consultation manager was a bit... I don't think I'll do it here
