My bulbous nose was not improving, so I had revision nose surgery with donated rib cartilage plus alar reduction from the chief surgeon at Top Clinic. My bulbous nose improved completely, and at first my nose was so high that it was stressful, but now the tip has dropped a lot. Still, it improved so much that no one can tell I used to have a bulbous nose.
