About 3 years ago I had a nose revision using donor costal cartilage silicone. The director was extremely kind, but there was a lot of pressure to pay the reservation deposit, and a lot of pressure to go ahead with surgery. When I actually met the doctor, he looked at my face and immediately said, "Why your nose? It's already good, why do it again?" The director next to him looked flustered.. But my previous nose was so natural that someone like me, who likes a noticeable result, ignored the doctor and had the revision anyway. I'm really satisfied with the surgery, but there is a lot of scar tissue inside my nose, so whenever I touch the inside of my nose I can feel the bumps. And because I have thin skin and they raised it too much, when my condition is bad my nose swells and turns red, and unlike my previous nose, there are times when I think, huh? this feels a bit unstable? If no problems come up here, the surgical result itself is very satisfying.
