Weekend consultation slots are very crowded, so booking a consultation is a bit difficult. When booking, it's a good idea to double-check the exact date and time. There was a time when the person who took the reservation mistook it, and the booking wasn't made properly. Other than booking consultations, overall they're friendly and answer questions in detail and thoroughly.
