I had nose surgery 8 years ago, and because the silicone showed through, I had revision surgery with the same doctor a year later. But the same thing happened again, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. There were a lot of people getting nose surgery here. Other friends who had nose surgery with this doctor said it looked natural and was fine, but it just didn't suit me.
