I consulted with Doctor 1, and before I even spoke, he had a good sense of what the patient wanted. He also clearly explained the limitations, so the consultation was more satisfying than I expected. But the suggestion of a lift surgery? made me hesitate a bit. I think it is still too early for a lift surgery. So for now, I passed~
