I went after making a reservation, and they told me that even with a reservation there could still be a wait, so I just went in thinking I would wait. But as soon as I checked in, they called me straight to the consultation room. There were quite a few people waiting, so I wondered what that was about. I got a consultation with the doctor on the 5th floor, and honestly the friendliness was just okay (not saying they were rude). I wanted to ask a lot of things, but for some reason I felt like they were annoyed, so I just listened to what they said and left. Still, everyone said it seemed fine, and I liked the before-and-after photos they showed me, so I am thinking about it.
