I had a consultation with the director, then a consultation with the manager. They showed me a lot of examples with before-and-after photos. They talked about a full-incision double eyelid + ptosis correction, and because they pursue no scarring and a natural look, they did not recommend canthoplasty. They said to filter out places that tell you to get epicanthoplasty and were very confident in their own surgery. They said lateral canthoplasty can reattach later and if done wrong it can be a disaster, so they didn't recommend it.
