I was surprised that the facilities were better than I expected when I went in. The wait was a bit long. When I met the director, it seemed like he had just finished surgery, but he was very thorough. I asked whether I needed canthoplasty or an incision, and he said there was no real need for it and that a line could be achieved with natural adhesion too. I think he doesn't recommend things excessively.
