I went to this hospital because I booked in a hurry. I requested a consultation with the chief director, and they did reserve a spot for me, but the director was in surgery, so I couldn’t actually consult with them T_T The manager and the staff at the front desk were all so kind and nice, but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours and then consulting with a different doctor. The consultation with the other doctor was fine, but if I booked an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours and couldn’t even meet the chief director, what was the point of booking.. T_T It was disappointing.
