All the staff and the director were very kind. As soon as I lowered my mask at the beginning, the director immediately pointed out the part that had always been my complex, so my mom and I were both shocked! The director spoke a little fast, so I was flustered, but that also made it feel like he instantly and confidently talked through my nose, and I could really feel the professionalism. I liked that they took a photo of my nose with a pad and let me preview what it would look like after surgery with a correction? before and after image. The hospital facilities were clean and nice too. But compared with other hospitals, the price was quite a lot higher.
