Both the manager and the director explained everything very kindly without pushing anything, which was really helpful and made me trust them a lot more. The hospital's atmosphere itself also felt calm, so if I do go ahead with surgery, I think I could leave it in their hands with confidence. They seem very experienced with nose surgery.
