I went around to dozens of places just for nose consultations, and if I had come here first, I probably would not have spent so much time looking around. The director was neither extremely kind nor unfriendly, and gave an accurate diagnosis of my nose... They said that if I had the commonly used cartilage-tying procedure done elsewhere, it could cause nasal valve stenosis, so I should not do cartilage tying. They said most clinics have one method and force patients to fit that method... The director also personally looked at before-and-after photos from cases like mine, and although they pursue a natural-looking nose, there was still a certain amount of change in the before-and-after photos. I am hesitating because they do not use silicone and use autologous dermis instead, and I am also worried that their aftercare service may be lacking compared with some larger clinics. But if I become convinced about the autologous dermis, I think I will do it here.
