They consult while also considering functional aspects. Out of all the hospitals I consulted, this was the only one that checked inside my nose in such detail. They seemed like extreme naturalists and safety-first people. I’d recommend them to people who want a natural line rather than dramatic results. For reference, there was no manager, so that was a bit surprising. They were the only ones who said not to put in silicone and not to do osteotomy, so I’m still thinking about it.
