Among all the places I've been to, this one explained things the most clearly and in the easiest way to understand. They said that even though I had septoplasty and nasal valve narrowing surgery at an ENT clinic before, it likely got worse. I didn't even realize until now that I had been breathing through only one nostril.. T_T They seemed professional and did not suggest overly excessive surgery beyond what was necessary. They emphasized naturalness above all and said harmony with the face is important. They don't recommend surgery if it's not needed, but since I had already ruined a functional and cosmetic surgery before, they recommended doing it again T_T
