Actually, I went there thinking about removal, but they said complete removal would be difficult and that reconstruction using ear cartilage would be necessary. That was a little different from the direction I had in mind, so I do have some hesitation, but the consultation was truly excellent. They spoke honestly by focusing only on the facts, and explained everything in a professional and detailed way so I could understand well. If I had gone in thinking about revision surgery, I would have gotten it here right away, that's how much I liked the consultation. Both the director and the manager kept telling me to think carefully and decide only after considering the surgery thoroughly, and it feels like a sincere hospital.
