They explained the position of the septum, nasal cartilage, and so on using a nose model. They said absolutely not to insert an implant, and when I mentioned removing fat because I have a bulbous nose, they said absolutely not to do it. They said the nose is not big; it only looks that way because the bridge is narrow. They said they would cut ear cartilage and reinforce the nasal cartilage. I wanted to see more photos of cases similar to my nose, but I guess they didn’t really have any suitable ones. They recommended not having surgery.
