I had tip surgery using ear cartilage because I have an upturned nose, but the cartilage is now showing very badly and I'm planning a revision. In the past there was no surgery that used dermis, so there was nothing that could be done about the cartilage showing now, but when I went back for another consultation, I was shocked by their attitude of just washing their hands of it.
