The director here gives very thorough consultations. I went for a nose revision consultation, but they said not to use such things and they dislike silicone. Using dermis and autologous tissue is great, but I'm worried about the shape. If it can be done well with aesthetic sense, I would want to do it. That's what worries me. They give long and detailed consultations, are kind, and give off a fatherly feeling.
