A hospital whose ratings are so strangely generous that I honestly do not understand why. Do not be lured in by the good one-line reviews on this community; if you look carefully at the objective and negative reviews, you can see what this hospital is really like. I wish I had gone through life without even knowing such a place existed. I first learned about it in a nose surgery group chat, got a consultation, had surgery here, and it was a complete disaster. I really want to turn back time. I regret it so much. The problem is not just that none of my requests were improved, but that they trimmed and inserted the ear cartilage strangely, so the tip and bridge of my nose became way more unnatural than my original nose. If it were only about wasting around 3 million won for the surgery, maybe I could understand, but on top of that I developed scar tissue on my nose, the tip became strange, and I now have to pay much more for a revision. Having to look for another hospital and spend time going to consultations again is also so stressful. Truly the worst hospital of my life. The doctor had zero professionalism. When I asked for aftercare, they just kept saying that ear cartilage showing through is normally supposed to look that way, and that they would only lift the sagging tip with a closed approach. Even then they said it might sag again, and that noses naturally sag even without surgery. If it was going to return to the way it was anyway, then why did they take my money for surgery in the first place? They have no conscience at all. I absolutely do not recommend trusting them with nose surgery here. They said the hump did not need to be shaved, but the surgical result was hopeless and they took no responsibility. I said I wanted to have an open procedure to remove the visible ear cartilage and get revised surgery again, but they said you should not just open it because you do not like it, and what they ended up saying was that the tip of the nose naturally sags even without surgery, the ear cartilage is not actually visible now, and the tip is not like a bird beak, so if I have complaints I should take legal action. Truly the worst hospital.
