A tsundere neighborhood doctor vibe.. Looking at most patients' photos, the nose tip seems to look bigger, so I worried a lot about surgery and visited three times. I got scolded for worrying too much. They kept saying if I didn't want it, I didn't have to do it, and kept showing me photos while saying the same thing. That means the doctor has been dealing with a lot of people over the years. In the end, what I learned from studying is that rather than making the nose bigger, they do it precisely to match the proportions of the face. They don't like thin, trendy noses. It feels like giving me back my own face? So a lot of revision patients go there. When you look at the revision patients' photos, their noses all look wider. That's because people come in with straight, pinched silicone noses that are bent and squeezed... And the swelling lasts a long time. According to what they said, if you put in septal cartilage or silicone, the outline shows clearly in 1 to 2 weeks, but with this doctor's surgical style? It looked like you have to wait 1 month to 6 months, up to 1 year, for all the swelling to go down.. At least from the photos they showed? So they said you have to wait. The final look after several years was so pretty. If you can't wait for that and rush into revision, it seems like everything gets ruined. I heard a lot of stories about people who didn't listen to the doctor, messed things up again, and came back. The doctor's word is basically absolute. They don't like anything overdone and make it hard to tell that surgery was done, but they try very clearly to stick to the textbook standard of beauty you have to maintain. That's really the strongest point..? If you want to get prettier but want something obvious after paying a lot of money, don't go here. Just get silicone or go somewhere that does flashy work. This place is really for improving your own face. I found out about this place because people around me, one connection after another, had surgery here, and everyone says the nose tip is truly top tier. From what I saw too, it's a master of restoration. They do consider the design you bring in, but they said they can't just pump it out like interior decoration. They said it has to match your own face, and most plastic surgery clinics just do what the patient wants and then end up with side effects, so they need revision again.. I was recommended dermis. For ordinary people they recommend fat 정도, but because of my job I get camera work, and they said having a bridge would still look prettier, so for the outline they suggested adding dermis. They said about 1 to 2 mm survives. Unlike other hospitals there is no overcorrection, so it doesn't spread in a strange way, and the incision is about 4.5 to 5 cm next to the buttock crease. If you want to see the scar, they said to spread your butt cheeks so the anus shows.. wow. Looking at the review photos, all the lines came out nicely! A line that matches your own bone width haha With 30 years of experience, and a doctor/professor title, it's trustworthy.. well... For my first surgery, I considered dermis a lot, but if I were to do silicone later and then end up tearing up, I thought I might as well do dermis and just live with it.. Dermis... I really worried a lot about it.................. Donating my butt to my nose at a young age was so painful. But I think this is the best option. My skin is weak, thin, and pale, so silicone felt like it would definitely cause complications with an 87% chance. Even with filler, it gave a silicone-like line. People say it all gets absorbed, but I've talked a lot with people who had dermis and most of them still have a bit left. There is no 100% absorption. When people say it spreads, it just means it settled according to the shape of their own nasal bone. They said 70% remains, but think of it as 70% being absorbed instead. They also said they would add more fat within a year as aftercare. And they absolutely do not play games with pricing. You don't need to battle with the manager, and you'll be able to feel that other hospitals are really not honest. Because of that, there isn't much back-and-forth, so a lot of people just come out of the consultation thinking, huh? and don't go through with it. I spent a lot of time looking up review photos, and they all came out naturally and well.. There are no post-op reviews for [Doctor A], haha... because everyone left after doing well... hahaha;;; Why are there so many consultation reviews and almost no surgery reviews, and why are there only a few bad reviews? I wondered. But if it goes well, there is no reason to come back here; I would have been the same. That's why you have stayed right in front of Gallery for 22 years at such an expensive location.. right? There aren't even complication reviews. Most of the posts are just dissatisfaction with the shape. Again, if you have huge design ambitions, don't go. If you want to become naturally, safely, and nicely prettier, go to [Doctor A]. Even so, your surgery will probably be better than it is now. Well... I also want to graduate from this community as soon as possible.
