Right after I turned 20, I had a huge silicone implant put into my nose at some random hospital, but it was so stressful that I had it removed right away. After that, my nose shape changed a bit, and while going around for revision surgery, I got a consultation here after a friend's recommendation. They told me very, very realistically how it would change if I did it, and I was grateful that they didn't give me unrealistic expectations. I remember leaving there encouraged because they said it was definitely a nose that could be corrected.
