I had a no-implant nose surgery, and it looks really natural. If I don't say anything, no one can tell. It just feels like my nose naturally had its flaws corrected. But I do have a tiny bit of regret that maybe I should have gone a little more aggressively. Still, if you like a natural look, go for it. There is zero obvious plastic surgery look in my case.
