The process goes in this order: phone reservation - waiting - manager - director - manager, and there was no consultation fee. I tend to look at the staff's appearance, and there wasn't the natural image I wanted, so I hesitated a bit. The director isn't so much kind as he is polite and firm. He's not the type to push you into doing a bunch of things, so I think you can trust him. The consultation was quite long, and he kept answering my questions and explaining things. On my second visit, the consultation was short, but I had fewer questions, so there was less explanation too. I think he's the type who tells you only when you ask lol The manager is kind, but he recommends more things than the director does, haha. If you go in wondering what to do, it feels like the director cuts things down for you. The facility is,,, the entrance is a bit of a maze,, and because it's on a hill, even reaching the tower parking is awkward T_T The inside is clean though. I should have listened to what the doctor said, and there's some regret that I should have had a more thorough consultation about my worries. Looking back, something I forced a bit seems like an error haha.. for example, the line shape? The eye surgery went well, but after 5 years one side has loosened T_T I asked about revision surgery and the cost is higher than the first time, so I'm still thinking about it.
