My friend got a nose surgery at Item, so I went for a consultation. The hospital was really big. There were a lot of people waiting too. The doctor looked at my nose and the photos and told me which parts were needed, and that reducing the nostrils wasn't absolutely necessary. It was my second consultation, so I asked things I couldn't ask the first time, and they answered kindly, which was nice. I was nervous because it was a big hospital, but everyone was kind and it was a good consultation.
