Because my eyes tilt upward at the outer corners, I had secondary canthoplasty. There was almost no visible scar, I could go right back to daily life, and the effect was immediately obvious, so I was extremely satisfied. Now, several years later, I feel the outer corner lifting a little again, and that is a bit disappointing
