They said it wouldn't show even on the same day, so I rushed to make a reservation and went. There were quite a few people waiting. The people at the consultation desk also seemed to have had surgery done by the director, I think. I asked them. The manager was kind, which was nice, and the director was also gentle and confident. The surgery itself is quick, but the important thing is that I waited a long, long time past my reserved time. Others were waiting too, and they seemed uncomfortable about that.
