The director and the manager were both kind. There was a bit of pressure to pay a deposit, and it did feel somewhat commercial.. But the desk coordinators were extremely rude. When I was leaving, they did not even say goodbye, and they were whispering among themselves while openly scanning people from head to toe.. It put me in a bad mood, and it made me lose the desire to get surgery, so I passed on it
